If work outside the original scope is requested or becomes necessary, it will be discussed with you before proceeding. Any additional work and associated costs should be documented and approved through a written change order.
We provide a comprehensive 1–10 year workmanship warranty, depending on the component or system. Our warranty program is designed to meet or exceed the applicable standards under California’s SB 800 requirements. Coverage includes fit-and-finish items, major systems, exterior paint and protective coatings, and structural components, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
You will have a dedicated project manager who will serve as your primary point of contact. We provide regular updates regarding project progress, scheduling, costs, and any issues or decisions that may arise throughout construction.
